.marketspace domains are Web3 names registered on-chain through our partner platform. Ownership is recorded on the blockchain and managed via your connected wallet. We do not custody your private keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to register a .marketspace name.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use .marketspace names for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, and any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Fees & Payments

Registration and premium name fees are quoted at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Ownership & Transfers

Once minted, a .marketspace name belongs to the wallet that holds it. You are free to transfer, sell, or gift your name through any compatible marketplace or wallet transfer.

7. Limitation of Liability

.marketspace is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network issues, wallet compromises, or third-party integrations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
